I got these Rainbow slippers for my wife on our anniversary. I wasn't sure on what color she would like for she already had the classic brown. When she recieved them, I asked her if she like them. She replied, " Of corse, they're Rainbow's!"

Thus I decided to invest in a second pair and love them! Rainbows are very comfortable and can really take a beating. Mine have stood through quite a workout and are still looking good.

from Charlotte, NC on 6/27/2008These are great flip flops. This is my 2nd pair. I wore the first pair almost everyday for a year. They were so comfortable that I wore them once while it was snowing. They are stiff and feel narrow at first, but the leather stretches to your feet.

I've had these flip flops for four years and am only ordering new ones because they are dying! I love them and even though they take a little while to stretch out, they are worth every penny. Excellent shoes and highly durable.

I wear the rainbows almost everyday. They are confertable and stylish, but they take about a week of constant wearing tto break them in. At least for my pair. Other than that they are wonderful.
Prompt delivery and product arrived in good condition. No tears or spots. I did not use costemer service but I heard it was good.

I love rainbows to death!!! They are so comfy and I can do anything in them without them wearing out . I use them to go everywhere and I don't go any place without A PAIR OF THEM HANDY!!!! Even after softball that is the best time to use them because that is after my feet have been locked up for so long in my cleats!!! Nothing is bad about them!!!

I wear these sandals dailey and enjoy them alot. People always ask where I got them and want to know where to get them themselves. I love these sandals they are the best bang for my dollar
from BFE, SC on 5/8/2008I've had my rainbows for 3 years, and they are still going strong. I wear them everywhere all year long. Once they are broken in to your feet they are perfect. You never get footsore, (or arch sore if you're like me,) regardless of how far you walk in them. I've had some arch issues, and rainbows are the first flip flops I've had that have actually supported my foot.
Basically, if you're looking to buy some flip flops stop here... They may be a little more expensive, but it is worth every bit of the extra cost.

My kid keeps stealing mine, so I have to keep ordering more. For me they are summer must haves in black and brown. Actually I wear them year-round around the house. They go with anything, from jeans to casual skirts. Fantastic sandals !!
from Central PA on 3/27/2008Great product! Soft leather, great arch support - which is something I've had trouble finding in a flip flop before. However, they do need to be broken in, so don't get them and wear them for the first time when you'll be walking for a long time, because the part that goes in between your toes is a little hard to start and needs wearing in to soften up!
Delivered fast and customer service was great. I had to send the first pair back and Island Surf was quick and helpful with everything and even sent me a shipping label to send them back!
I started wearing Rainbows 4 years ago. I now have 4 pairs (different colors) and I'm ordering another pair. I am a 54 yr old grandmother and I love my Rainbows. I would wear them year round if I could!!

several pairs in the last five years and my rainbows are no doubt my all time favorites. I am on my third pair and I will never go back!! keepin it weird!!!

These shoes are awsome!!!!!! they are great for anything in the summer. One summer i just could not find a pair of flip flops that wouldent break after two weeks, then a friend told me about rainbows and how awsome they are....two years later......i still have the same pair!!
I just got these, and I think that they are very comfortable, but are not broken in yet, so I cannot review them in depth quite yet.
from VA on 1/18/2008I purchased these for my teenage daughter; this is her 3rd pair of Rainbow sandals. She wears them daily (year-round), and they hold up well. Even when the sandal eventually starts to wear down, it doesn't fall apart. Sizing: She usually wears a 9 (narrow), but orders a Large in these (7.5-8.5).

I love Rainbows, so much so that I have 3 different pairs. Living in CA I can practically wear these year-round. I wear my Rainbows everywhere, to the mall, movies, market, yoga, around the house, etc...
I reccomend these to anyone thinking about buying Rainbows. They might seem expensive at first, but are toatlly worth every penny.

I ordered these for my daughter for Christmas. Initially I ordered the large, but had to exchange for the XL. I was worried that I might not get them by the holiday. I was impressed that I received my new pair in less than one week, and had received credit for return in less than a week also.
In addition to speedy service (even in Christmas season)- I would like to comment that I sent an email to Island Surf with a question, and by the next morning a representative had called me on the phone with an answer.
Impressive. I will not hesitate to order from this company again.
from Virginia on 12/4/2007Love these flip flops, I have them in every color. Living at the beach, we live in flip flops. They wear well, clean up well, and are very durable. Most of all, Island Surf gets them to me for a reasonable price, and on time.
I love these. i wear them all the time. all year round.they last really long.

Buy this shoe now. Any or all colors. This is the best flip flop I have ever worn and close to the most comfortable shoe (including tennis shoes)

I love these flip flops. I've had mine for 2 years and only now are the soles starting to wear down. I wear these flip flops everywhere! They are especially great when traveling, because they are comfortable and easy to slide on and off for xray. LOVE THEM!!!

Although i do not like, how when they get wet, the bottom of your foot turns orange. But, other then that, i love them!
from South Carolina on 9/27/2007They are the BEST sandals I have. I have the expresso color thin strap, I have the expresso color thick strap, and I really want the pink color thick strap! They are the most comfortable flip flop that I have. They take about two weeks to break in, but that is pretty normal. Once you break them in, they are so comfy. I never take mine off, unless I have to wear my cute New Balance tennis shoes.

from Bay Area, CA on 9/12/2007These sandals have a very comfortable sole, but the straps are a bit tight, and take a while to break in (a couple weeks, I've heard). I just received mine yesterday, and the straps have been rubbing the top of my foot, but the sole fits to my foot, and I haven't experienced foot, leg, or back pain so far, as I did with my cheap pair from before. Great sandals! Apparently when the sole wears out you can send the sandals back to Rainbow headquarters, and they'll fit a new sole on for free!

I'm going to be emailing customer service to find a different style to better fit wide feet. Otherwise, the sandals are great. I hope I can find something that works.

from New Mexico on 8/13/2007Rainbows are stiff at first but once you wear in these sandals you will never take them off! My size is 8 1/2 and I got the large, any smaller would have been too small. My old pair lasted 2 years and they are still not worn through the bottom.
